My Fansly Experience: I Was Scammed – A Warning for Creators

It all started innocently. I uploaded my hot videos to Fansly, submitted all contracts and model releases – but in the end, I was banned without getting paid.Let me take you back to how it began.

I Registered on Fansly

In October 2021, I created a Fansly account. At first, I didn’t really use the platform – something about it just felt off. But after the OnlyFans controversy in 2022 (read my blog post on that here), I decided to give Fansly a try.

That was a huge mistake.

Uploading Content – and Suddenly Problems

I started uploading content regularly.The site seemed to work: views, followers, likes. Then, I requested a payout. That’s when everything changed.

Support messaged me, claiming that some videos were missing contracts and ID verification.No problem – I resubmitted everything.Seven days later, I received this message:

“After further review, we are missing verification for additional models in other videos.”

That was a lie. Everything was already submitted. I started to feel like they were just making excuses to avoid paying me.

Rude Support & Account Terminated

I explained the situation politely and in detail.The response I got was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional.No real explanation. No effort to resolve anything.

Shortly after, my account was simply terminated. No proper notice, no payout, no confirmation of DSGVO-compliant data deletion.My time, my content, my money – gone.

❗Conclusion: Stay Away from Fansly!

To every creator and user out there, here’s my personal warning:

➡️ Fansly does NOT pay out reliably

➡️ Support is disrespectful and unhelpful

➡️ Contracts and uploads are ignored or questioned arbitrarily

➡️ Accounts can be banned without warning or reason

➡️ No transparency about data handling or GDPR compliance

⚠️ In my experience, Fansly is an untrustworthy platform that hurts creators.

My honest recommendation:Boycott Fansly. Avoid it. Warn others.

There are better, more professional alternatives out there.
